Color images are printed on matte finish paper, rendering a lush, vivid color palette with excellent depth and sharpness.
Black and white images often do not translate well to matte finish. Instead, black and white images will be printed on pearl gloss paper for deep, rich blacks and a pearl gloss appearance.
